DreamHost lost my data!

My IP provider Dream Host’s pro team had lost big chuck of my data when they repaired my site in 2023. Recently, I discovered that they also managed to cut off part of contents in post.

The pro team is fee based, while their tech support is free. The pro team is nasty, incompetent and spams out endless no sense emails that consume your time. The tech support, however,  is great: efficient, to the point, and has been helping me solving problem since I signed up in 2007.

Recently,  I’ve been updating  my post, as I’m cleaning up my photo/video from my phone, and discovered many old posts are missing part of the text.

I contacted the pro team re missing part of the posts on 2024.4.
